Jacob Jones wins a lot on its witty and charming storytelling. Its art direction is simple but delightful, and the characters are silly and fun. The story of Jacob and his Bigfoot mystery consists of some exploring and 20 puzzles that most people should find easy. Talking to characters usually yield a puzzle, and these are small logic based challenges often involving moving things around or doing math, preferably in as few moves as possible.

The Vita implementation is great. The touch screen is purely used to move you or other things around. Tilting the Vita sideways and up and down will slightly change the angle of your surroundings, making it easier to find hidden collectibles. It's neat and unobtrusive.

It's not a terribly exciting game and the whole thing is over pretty quickly. The aforementioned charm doesn't make the story alone, and the puzzles could ideally have provided a bit more of a challenge.
