Speaking with IGN ahead of tonight’s BAFTA game awards, Vince Zampella confirmed what everyone expected – but were glad to hear; that Titanfall 2 is indeed under works and it will be multiplatform. The team from Respawn wouldn’t reveal any more details like single player campaign or other changes, but talking about the original game they did admit that having it be multiplatform in the first place would be ideal. The title of the sequel has yet to be revealed.
If we could do it though? It would have been prohibitive to do that – we definitely made the right choices for the right reasons – but if you’re saying what would we have liked to have done? The opportunity to be multiplatform could have made it even more significant for us.Vince Zampella, Respawn
