Later this year, Cross-Control functionality is coming to LittleBigPlanet 2! This means you can use the Vita as an extra controller, benefitting from the rear-touch controls and the touch screen. And not only can you play cross-levels, you can also create your own!
With the extra screen on the Vita, players can see stuff others with regular controllers can’t see, thus providing different POV’s, roles and control methods.
The demo on gamescom showed how the Vita is used for playing LBP2 (At one point there was even mention of an X-Ray scanner. And who doesn’t love an X-ray scanner), and boy does it look fun!
