Can be a bit of a hassle, but your safest (and most boring) bet is to use the Vertibird signal grenades you get as an ally of The Brotherhood of Steel. Each time you call upon a Vertibird, boarding it will be a misc objective. Board it, get out, fast travel somewhere and call in a new one. Rinse and repeat.
