Just in time for this year’s glorious E3 in Los Angeles IO Interactive and Square Enix uncovers their latest trailer for Hitman Absolution. Maybe I am preaching to the choir here but its a real stunner! Working with the CGI wizards over at Visual Works they’ve created a scene taking place at the Waikki Motel.
The cinematic trailer shows Agent 47 facing off with a group of cold-blooded assassins called “The Saints”, dressed up as latex clad nuns. I personally can’t think of a better disguise. What happens next is not for the faint of heart. The action-packed piece of eyecandy features the distinctive art direction that is synonymous with the world of Hitman, note for instance how they use the color red. Well yes… most often in the form of blood. I hate it when that happens, those stains are so hard to get out.
That was a kick. ass. trailer. Yes. I’m abusing punctuation here. My only problem for now is that I’m really not that hyped about the game. Blood Money was bloody (…) amazing, so maybe this will be too… guess we’ll find out eventually.
Yeah i really don’t mind CGI trailers when they look like this!
