Elden Ring gets delayed but there is a network test coming November 12

Elden Ring, originally slated for release on January 22 next year, gets bumped to February 25th. Bandai Namco cites “depth of the game and the degree of freedom in strategy exceeded the initial expectations” as the reason, and thus we have to wait a tiny bit longer to experience the grand scope of what is to become From’s next epic action RPG.

You might be able to get your hands on the game earlier though, as a technical test has been announced for November 12 to November 15 in given time slots. You can apply for a spot in the technical test here, but that does not guarantee you a seat at the cooperative table. Fingers crossed, though!
