There is a new Terminator game in a not so distant future

Not only is Terminator: Resistance set in a future that is becoming increasingly less and less distant, it’s also out later this year.

As a part of a resistance, you will play a part in the scenario set up in Terminator 2 referred to as Future War or War between Man and Machines if you will. This takes place in 2028, after Judgement Day. The trailer below looks more like a cinematic recreating of a first person shooter rather than the real thing, but it still gives us a glimpse of what to expect. It most definitely is a first person shooter and you most definitely will shoot terminators.

When you need a break from all the shooting and explosions, you will have skills to level up, stuff to trade and crafting to do, so there seems to be some variety in the mix.

The game will be out on December 3rd, a little over a month after Terminator: Dark Fate hits the cinemas.
