Darksiders introduces a new horseman and a brand new perspective with Darksiders Genesis

If you are ready to save the world once again, but prefer doing it as a new horseman (Strife) of the apocalypse, then look no further than Darksiders Genesis.

It might look different, but developer Airship Syndicate insists it’s very much in the vein of what you come to expect of a Darksiders game. That means you explore, fight, solve puzzles and get to hit huge bosses in the face until they fall over. The game is played in a top-down perspective which is new to the series.

Check out the trailer below which shows you said punching along with platforming sections and special abilities in all the colors of the rainbow. The game is expected out later this year. Our game page has screenshots and more, be sure to have a look.
