Gorgeous looking puzzler The Gardens Between gets a release date

Ever since the first trailer, The Gardens Between has been firmly bleeping on my radar, and now it’s just around the corner. Releasing on September 20, The Gardens Between tell a story about friendship and shared memories, all with a subtle bittersweet taste of worry as to how it all concludes. In it we follow besties Arina and Frendt as they traverse odd looking islands filled with objects from their past, some of which you yourself will probably remember fondly. By manipulating time and the environment, our adventurers will soon enough reach the end of each island.

It’s our hope that players are not only touched by the story of Arina and Frendt, but that they take time to remember their own special relationships growing up. While so many of the objects featured in the gardens are from our own childhoods, we hope our audience will relate and recall a time when friendship meant everything.Simon Joslin, co-founder of The Voxel Agents

It looks absolutely beautiful, a bit haunting and filled to the brim with puzzles.
