DOOM Eternal announced, in which everything is still on fire

2016’s Doom was the game everyone scoffed at when it was announced, but unanimously had to swallow their words once the shooter was released and turned out be quite terrific. So, no surprise then that a sequel is upon us.

Announced during Bethesda’s E3 keynote last night, DOOM Eternal takes you across dimensions to blow demon to smithereens with new weapons and abilities. I don’t know exactly what those new weapons and abilities are, but we’ll figure it out soon enough. The first gameplay will be shown at QuakeCon 2018 on August 10.

Only a teaser is available, but you sure get a feeling what you’re in for.
