The creators of OlliOlli and Not a Hero is making Laser League, and it looks nuts

While the MTV-editing of Laser League’s trailer is enough to question reality for a brief second, what we can gather from it is a furiously hectic multiplayer game that occasionally makes Tron look like a crayon mishap.

What it actually is, is a multiplayer arena game for up to 4v4 online or offline players, where you capture nodes and avoid the opponents laser beams while you dish out a beating using power-ups and other methods. 60 characters, several modes and customization is just a brief summary of the total package.

The game will get a beta on Steam this summer, with a full release next year. It’s being developed by Roll7 and will be published by 505 Games.
