That might be just me over-simplifying things a bit though. In Need for Speed Payback you’ll play as three different characters with their own style (wheelman, racer and showman), all joining in on a four wheel adventure featuring revenge, zero live action cut scenes and a whole lot of cars and cops. There seems to be a huge emphasis on customization this time around, to the point where you can find a rusty shell of a car and turn it into something glossy and fantastic. As usual it’s about getting respect and kicking ass while you’re at it. Sounds good.
Need for Speed Payback will be out November 10th, and below is a trailer where stuff explodes and cars fly through the air.
