Destiny 2 trailer is 0% gameplay, 80% pep-talk and 20% release date

You know who’s a grumpy guy? Ghaul. He’s the leader of the Red Legion, also known as the group of badguys behind a huge assault that had people flee left and right from what was once a safe place. As a guardian you’re up and about to gather weaponry and skills that will not only kick Ghaul’s behind, but also wipe out his army while you’re at it.

And so begins the story of Destiny 2. If you’re looking for gameplay or any hints of what’s to come except Hades from God of War (it’s not him), you’re out of luck. If you want a cool cinematic that’s borderline funny, confirms the September 8th release date and the upcoming beta – this is a home run. There will be travels across the solar system, and there will be loot. What else is there to want?
