Hi there, pre E3 week. As is the norm in this day and age, one reveal after another will, eh, reveal itself prior to the big show. With a leaked poster earlier this week, it was just a matter of time before the official announcement of Injustice 2 would hit us like a trident in the eye.
What Injustice 2 lacks in a magnificent subtitle it might end up compensating with features. The game will let you upgrade and customize your superhero/villain of choice, which should add some diversity to the playing field. Just what kinds of upgrades we’re talking about is unknown, but hopefully it’s a bit more creative than changing the color of Super’s eye laser.
Familiar faces like Batman and Supergirl will show up, as well as lesser known characters like Gorilla Grodd. They are promising the biggest roster ever so it’ll be fun to see what shows up prior to its release next year.
Have a look at the trailer below for some layer-on-layer-armor-action and superheroes punching each other in the face.
