There’s nothing stealthy about République’s release date on PS4

Coinciding with its fifth and final episode, stealth/action game République will debut in North-America on March 22 in retail as well as digital. There’s a lot of hacking going on and the developers have been working their butts of to ensure a smooth Dualshock experience while doing so. To accommodate for the change in platform, a lot of stuff had to be redone and tweaked in order to make it over including redoing the cover system and adapting how the hacking works in the game so it ended up being user friendly with a controller.

It’s great to see some effort and work going into making it a proper port to give the players the, hopefully, best experience they can have.

There’s no date for Europe yet, but the game will be out sometime this spring over here. In addition to the regular digital and retail copy, NIS America will sell a limited Contraband edition that comes with the soundtrack and a 160 page book about the society in which you play through the game as the protagonist Hope.
