Throughout the history of good (or bad) deals with otherworldly entities like the devil and death, I don’t think I’ve ever seen one where the challenge is that of a weaponized race in mobility scooters against the Grim Reaper himself. And so goes the days in Sunny Pines.
Coffin Dodgers is a racer at heart featuring 13 tracks, two handfuls of characters not ready to die and a story in which all this happens. You can customize your mobility scooter with weapons, paint jobs (because why not?) and engine parts. If death manages to get one of your friendly retirees, they will in turn become a zombie hell bent on making you fail the next race. Quite some drama in what’s supposed to be a calm retirement village, huh?
When you’re done with that there’s a local multiplayer mode where you and up to thee friends can race it out … to the death. Not literally though. Please.
Check out the trailer below for a quick laugh. The game will be out this spring on PlayStation 4.
