It got a whopping $3,845,170 of its $900,000 goal, and now the game with Mega Man co-creator Keiji Inafune behind it has a release date for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3. It reached its stretch goal for Vita, but that version will be out at a later point. Mighty No. 9 will be out September 15 in North America, and September 18 elsewhere. The game will launch both in retail and as a digital download and comes packed with an extra level, extra boss and Japanese voice overs among other things. It was slated for a spring release, but the extra time will be spent polishing the platform extravaganza for its fall debut.
