Alienation is the 4 player co-op alien-wiping spiritual successor to Dead Nation

Housemarque is keeping busy these days making the next expansion for Resogun, but that doesn’t mean the can’t drop by Gamescom to show off their brand new game Alienation. Keyed as part spiritual successor to Dead Nation, Alienation will let you and 3 friends blast through hordes of aliens in search for the truth of their invasion. In good Housemarque spirit you will be able to compete and compare to climb the ever difficult leaderboards that come with their games. The game also lets you invade other players as a bounty hunter, Dark Souls style. Sounds frantic to me.

Due to technological reasons there is no Vita version currently planned, but that might change.

Check out the trailer and some alien bashing screenshots below.
