Test your might in the final DLC for The Last of Us

Grounded Bundle, the last piece of DLC for The Last of Us, has just been confirmed by Naughty Dog. The contents of the DLC pack is part of the season pass, but chunks of it can also be bought separately if you don’t have it. The season pass will be discontinued after May 13 and will no longer be up for purchase on the PSN store.

If you thought Survivor mode was a breeze in The Last of Us, you’ll be happy to hear that Grounded mode promises to up the ante by several notches, claiming that a playthrough in this difficulty will be near impossible. Sounds exciting! It comes with new trophies to prove you went the extra mile on this one.

For multiplayer there’s a host of new stuff, including four new maps in the Reclaimed Territories pack (Wharf, Capitol, Coal Mine, and Water Tower). Additionally there will be new weapons and skills to use in your favorite multiplayer mode. A fifth gun – the full-auto-rifle – is free for everyone.

Check out the full announcement for more details about the maps and guns.
