Rumor: New PS Vita with bigger screen and increased RAM before TGS

It’s the Japanese newspaper Tokyo Keizai revealing the news that Sony is making a new PS Vita model and releasing it before Tokyo Game Show (TGS) later this year. The new model is called PCH-2000, will have a 6.3″ OLED display made by Samsung (current PS Vita has a 5″ screen) and have increased ram from 512MB to 1GB. The new Vita is said to resemble the PS4 design-wise which leads us to believe a PS4 + PS Vita bundle is in the works.
