There’s nothing like a cool trailer, and there’s nothing quite like being severely disappointed when the game doesn’t live up to the awesomeness the trailer set up. But fear not, this is a moment to enjoy some visual candy and let unreleased games be unreleased games. While a few of the trailers below are from games already released, give them a shot as they might provide some interesting insight into the games.
Aliens: Colonial Marinesfor PS3: Suspense Trailer
There’s nothing like celebrating a delay with a new trailer, right?
Aliens: Colonial Marines is looking a lot like Dead Space right now, and it will be interesting to see how this thing shapes up. It’s kinda hard not to be interested in these Prometheus times.
Resistance: Burning Skies – TV Commercial
Walmart got so excited by the fact that people can axe the chimera in
Resistance: Burning Skies for Vita that they forgot all about the proper release date. And while every single trailer so far has shown what looks like shoddy framerate and less than desirable textures, the word on the street is that this actually looks good. Guess we’ll know tomorrow!
Metro: Last Light – Enter the Metro
I love a good live action trailer, and this short movie for
Metro: Last Night doesn’t disappoint. Russians scared shitless and the sense of impending doom sets the creepy mood for the next five minutes of your life.
PS3 and PS Move – Sorcery – The Science Behind The Magic
Sorcery released last week to mixed reviews, but in this trailer you can see a nice gentleman make some magic of his own. Remember kids, do not try this at home!
LEGO Batman 2 Gotham City Open World Trailer
This is certainly looking like it’s the best Lego game so far, and this trailer only reinforces that notion. An open world brickfest of talkative heroes and villains shows how they will clash together in an epic
Lego adventure.
When Vikings Attack for PS3 and PS Vita
We
told you a bit about this game the other day, but just in case you missed it here’s the trailer for the upcoming PS3/Vita crossover
When Vikings Attack.
Persona 4: The Golden Intro
If you fancy a quirky trailer with a song, some bright colors and if you happen to be a Persona fan, look no further than this
Persona 4: The Golden trailer.
Live remixing in your living room with JAM: Live Music Arcade
Jam: Live Music Arcade gives you the opportunity to give known songs your very own spin, and as mentioned in our
review it is all kinds of fun. Check out this trailer to see just how awesome you can become while I realize how much I actually sucked at it when I reviewed it.
The Cave Trailer
Before we get Double Fine’s new kickstarter adventure, there’s
The Cave. With gameplay reminiscent of Trine, Ron Gilbert is sure to make this something fun and unique.
Making Batman Arkham City :Inside Rocksteady Studios. ‘Voice Cast’
You gotta watch this. Seeing Mark Hamill work his magic as The Joker is so cool, and while I personally think this
Batman: Arkham City behind the scenes video should last for at least one more hour, there’s enough fun in here for everyone.
Sleeping Dogs highlight: Combat
Well, this sure starts out innocent enough with people beating the living crap out of each other. But combat in
Sleeping Dogs has more to offer as soon as people get electrified, burned and pushed into pointy objects. Ouch.
